Delivery

1. Delivery within Poland for customers of the finedine.pl online store

Price for orders up to PLN 99.00 gross:

• DPD courier - PLN 9.90 gross
• InPost parcel lockers - PLN 9.90 gross

Delivery is free for purchases over PLN 99 gross.

For orders placed before 12.00 we try to ship the parcel on the day of the order.
We process other orders within 24-48 hours.

Orders are shipped via the DPD courier company and InPost Paczkomaty.
• Parcels are delivered within 24-48 hours
• Delivery of pallet shipments takes place within 48-72 hours

Important: Complaints regarding shipping damage
The recipient is obliged to check the shipment, and in case of damage, an electronic damage report must be prepared on the same day.
