1. Personal data management
Fine Dine Europe Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Robakowo (62-023), Firmowa 12, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000943271, REGON: 362950936, NIP: 7773255912 (hereinafter referred to as: "DPO").
2. Data Protection Inspector (DPO)
In Fine Dine Europe Sp. z o.o. we have appointed a Personal Data Inspector (DPO). The IOD's tasks include constant control over the compliance of the activities carried out and answering any questions you may have regarding your personal data iod@finedine.pl.
3. Legal basis for personal data processing
The processing of personal data results from a distance sales agreement, an agreement for the provision of services by electronic means (specified in the Regulations). We process data on the basis of consent and the legitimate interest of the Administrator and implemented by Fine Dine Europe Sp. z o.o. in connection with the conducted business activity.
4. Purpose of processing
Personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
- order fulfillment
- consideration and exercise of the right to warranty, withdrawal from the contract, guarantee
- contact and sending commercial information
- sending the Newsletter
5. Data we process
We only process data that is necessary for us for the purposes referred to above, i.e.:
name and surname, delivery address,
e-mail address, telephone number
company details, Tax Identification Number
data of the Client's employees who conclude the Agreement on his behalf.
6. Suppliers and recipients of personal data
We only provide data to contractors and subcontractors who meet all technical and organizational measures. You can ask at any time who we share or entrust the data to. You have the right to object to the sharing of personal data.
7. Rights
You have the following rights:
● the right to access data
● the right to be forgotten (removal of data from systems)
● the right to transfer data to another entity
● the right to limit processing
● the right to object to data processing
● the right to supplement and request correction of data
● the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office
8. Data storage period
● Personal data obtained in connection with the acceptance of an order and the performance of the contract are stored for 5 years until the end of the limitation period for potential claims from the contract.
● Marketing data is stored for up to 5 years.
