The processing of personal data arises from the contract of sale at a distance, the contract for the provision of electronic services (specified in the Regulations). You are entitled to the following rights:

● the right to complete and request correction of data
● the right to file a complaint with the DPA.
8 Data retention period
● Personal data obtained in connection with the acceptance of an order and the execution of a contract are stored for 5 years until the end of the statute of limitations for potential claims under the contract.
● Marketing data is stored for up to 5 years.
