Ernest Jagodziński is the new ambassador of the Fine Dine brand
Fine Dine, a manufacturer of the highest quality tableware, buffet and bar equipment, is proud to announce its cooperation with an outstanding chef – Ernest Jagodziński. As a brand ambassador, Ernest will represent the values of Fine Dine, emphasizing the importance of excellent design, functionality and the highest quality in gastronomy.
About Ernest Jagodziński
Ernest Jagodziński is one of the most talented and valued chefs in Poland. His career is a series of successes – from his early years in renowned restaurants such as 99 and Sens, to the position of Executive Chef at the Cucina restaurant in City Park. His skills have been appreciated by the prestigious Gault&Millau Polska guide, which awarded him the title of “Chef of Tomorrow”. Ernest has also won numerous successes in international culinary competitions, such as Chefs en Or in Paris and Bocuse d’Or. Currently, as a Bocuse Academy trainer, he shares his knowledge with young culinary art students, teaching them not only cooking techniques, but also respect for the product and hard work.
"I am not a successful person, but I know what gastronomy is all about and how much can be achieved with hard work. Millions of hours spent in the kitchen have taught me respect for the product, humility and the belief that the more we put our heart into what we do, the more satisfaction we get," says Ernest Jagodziński.
Cooperation with Fine Dine
Cooperation with Ernest Jagodziński is a natural step for Fine Dine, a brand that has been supporting professionals in the gastronomy industry for years, providing them with the highest quality porcelain. Fine Dine collections combine indestructible durability, timeless design and functionality, which are essential in modern gastronomy.
"Ernest Jagodziński is not only an outstanding chef, but also a person who perfectly understands how important details are in creating unforgettable culinary experiences." - says Kamil Lenart, President of the Management Board of Fine Dine - "His passion for cooking and attention to detail perfectly match our philosophy of creating the highest quality products. We are convinced that this cooperation will bring many new and inspiring projects."
Fine Dine Plating Masterclass
As part of the cooperation, Ernest Jagodziński will conduct unique Fine Dine Plating Masterclass trainings, which are addressed to the brand's customers and distributors. During these workshops, participants learn how to create effective dish arrangements, choose the right tableware and design dishes with the comfort of guests in mind. All this using the highest quality Fine Dine porcelain!
In 2025, as many as 18 such trainings are planned, which shows the brand's commitment to the development of the catering industry.
