Polish Wild Game Championships 2026 - Fine Dine Horeca Plates in Professional Use
Last week, the Polish Wild Game Championships 2026 took place, organized by Horeca Las Kalisz. The event brought together head chefs who presented a modern approach to wild game - both in terms of technique and presentation.
As Fine Dine, we were a partner of the competition, providing plates on which the competing dishes were served.
Fine Dine Horeca Plates - Edenic and Pure in Gastronomic Practice
During the competition, participants worked with two collections that meet different needs of professional gastronomy:
Edenic - Plate for Casual Dining Restaurants
The Edenic collection consists of porcelain plates designed for:
- casual dining restaurants
- modern cuisine
- creative plating
Characteristic high rim:
- organizes the composition on the plate
- facilitates service of dishes with sauces
- provides greater control over plating
An additional advantage is availability in multiple colors (6 variants), which allows for:
- creating cohesive service lines
- mix & match tableware
- matching plates to the restaurant concept
Pure - Banquet Plate and Universal Horeca Porcelain
The Pure collection (Pure Crema) is:
- horeca banquet plates
- solution for large gastronomic events
- universal porcelain for restaurants and catering
Their form:
- ensures maximum service surface
- facilitates logistics at banquets and events
- provides a neutral background for different dish presentation styles
They work well in:
- banquets and events
- premium catering
- high-volume restaurants
Plating Wild Game Dishes - Practical Application of Horeca Plates
The competition dishes - based on wild game - required precise presentation and composition control.
In this context:
- Edenic supported more creative, restaurant-style plating
- Pure ensured stability and service versatility
This demonstrates how different types of horeca plates meet specific needs:
- restaurant vs. banquet
- creative plating vs. service efficiency
- aesthetics vs. logistics
Horeca Tableware as an Element of Gastronomic Strategy
Plate selection in gastronomy today is not only an aesthetic decision, but an operational one:
- affects service speed
- supports dish consistency
- builds brand visual coherence
The ability to combine colors (mix & match) in the Edenic collection gives restaurants an additional tool:
- visual differentiation
- flexibility in concept creation
- matching tableware to menu and seasonality
Fine Dine and Horeca Las Kalisz Partnership
We thank Horeca Las Kalisz for organizing the event and for the opportunity to co-create a space where:
- horeca products meet gastronomic practice
- design supports the work of head chefs
- dish presentation becomes an integral part of the experience
