− a drip tray is used on top; the rear edge of the table is finished with a 50 mm high wall flange; made of ASI304 stainless steel.

ASI304 steel is resistant tomost oxidising acids that cause corrosion, which is why it is the most commonly used type of steel in the catering industry for the production of sinks, furniture and catering equipment.It is resistant to foodstuffs (e.g. acids contained in fruit, vegetables, milk), sterilisation solutions, most organic chemicals and dyes.
